About me

Almost ten years ago, I hit a turning point and lost 70 pounds. That journey wasn’t just about the scale — it was about rebuilding my habits, my confidence, and ultimately my life. As I got healthier, I started showing up differently: I found true friends, built financial stability, and stepped into leadership roles I never thought possible.

I know what it feels like to be stuck — and I know the power of taking that first small (and often scary) step. I see myself as a peer support first and foremost. I’ve walked this path, and I turned my life around 180 degrees.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other women (and anyone ready for change) do the same. I’m a Certified Professional Empower Coach with Empower Coaching and Training, and working toward my ICF certification, so you’ll get both lived experience and professional training in your corner.

How I Work

We meet for 45 minutes each week, where we dig beneath the surface and discover what’s really holding you back.

I’m big on accountability — I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, your mirror, and sometimes your gentle nudge (or, let’s be real, a firm push when you need it). We’ll celebrate your wins, break through the negative thinking, and get you moving toward the results you want.

I’m trauma-informed, kind, but honest. I believe in grace and grit — the sweet spot where compassion and tough love meet. Let’s get you moving forward, one brave step at a time.
